The police raided Lil Wayne's Miami Beach residence yesterday with a warrant to seize assets in order to "help" him repay the $2 million he owes to Signature Jets.
According to TMZ, the cops brought a valuator to assess the worth of Wayne's various possessions. Wayne's art collection reportedly is reportedly worth $30 million. Several pieces of art as well as a few plaques were among the items taken from Wayne's crib. He was in LA at the time and was not present for the raid.
No word on exactly what sort of artwork Lil Wayne has amassed, he no doubt has an incredibly sophisticated taste and an entire room stocked with Rothkos.
