Tha Carter 5 might still be locked up in the Cash Money prison, but Weezy F has nonetheless got some new music on the way to keep fans happy and healthy. As the latest guest on skateboarding podcast "The Nine Club," Lil Wayne announced the upcoming release of a new project, apparently titled Funeral. Around the 56 minute mark of the interview, Wayne said, "Just make sure they know that that Funeral coming soon ...That's my music - get your roses ready."
In addition to announcing Funeral, Weezy announced that there will be more announcements coming soon: "I don't have a release date, but I have a whole bunch of good news coming soon ... If you're a Wayne fan, I know we been going through a lot of tough times right now, but if you are a Wayne fan, we about to hold our heads up high soon."
