LeBron James has been spending plenty of time out in Las Vegas this Summer, between working out for the upcoming season and watching his son LeBron James Jr. in elite youth basketball tournaments. It was in Sin City yesterday that LeBron shared images of an exclusive new Nike LeBron 15 dubbed "Purple Rain" which features a floral print reminiscent of Prince's iconic 1984 album.
The kicks are built on a white and black battleknit upper, accompanied by purple accents appearing on the ankle collar, eyelets and outsole. Additional details include "BREATHE" which is repeated along the air bubble and, of course, the purple floral pattern.
There figures to be plenty of purple LeBron sneakers in the future now that he has signed on with the Los Angeles Lakers, but early reports suggest this "Purple Rain" rendition will remain exclusive to "Friends & Family."
