While nothing has been officially announced, it seems as though something is being negotiated between Louie and OVO, but regardless of a Drake co-sign, the rapper's been pumping out regional hits, a few of which have resonated on a national level (though we'll never forgive whoever dropped the ball on "My Hoes They Do Drugs," which deserved to be gigantic).
