Kevin Abstract is getting ready to release his sophomore album THEY SHOOT HORSES in 2016, and his experimental track "Echo" is set to appear on the collection. The record finds Kevin adopting a vocal style similar to some of Kanye West's more melodic moments, though not as reliant on his beloved auto-tune distortion (think "Runaway" before the bridge). The production is fairly rock-infused, with an arpeggiated electric guitar driving against some live drum sounds.
As always, it's something fresh, and we should expect the same from Abstract's upcoming album. No word on the release date just yet, but it should be out some time next year.
