Back in August, Kendall Jenner purchased a home in Beverly Hills, and it came replete with a $8.55 million price tag. The piece of real estate used to belong to Charlie Sheen, which may or may not be the reason why the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is shelling out big bucks to renovate the space.
Los Angeles City documents reveal that the fashion model was granted permits to begin an extensive renovation plan on the house. Jenner removed and replaced the preexisting fireplace, as well as a kitchen and bathroom remodel. Just last month, she also filed papers to put a new roof on her home.
It is unclear whether this work is being put in for herself, or if she plans on flipping the house in order to put it back on the market and turn a profit. However, flipping houses does run in the family, as younger sister Kylie once updated a mansion in Hidden Hills and sold it for $5.4 million.
