Jay-Z soaks in some culture.

Though a Jay-Z sighting has become somewhat rare given his status as one-half of a power couple, the man has been known to take a few outings solo-dolo. According to Page Six, the legendary rapper recently took a trip to the Whitney Museum of American Art for some afternoon fun. Opting to leave the entourage at home, Jay apparently kept relatively low key, donning what sounds like an unlockable piece of video-game attire: a white hoodie emblazoned by "FAMILY," a black and gold trench coat, and some jeans.

It's unclear whether the Jigga Man was simply soaking in a little bit of art history, or scoping out his next purchase. Perhaps a little of column A, a little of column B. In any case, the rapper seemed more than willing to pose for pictures with his fans, as seen below. For those keeping score, Jay has been known to pay homage to Andy Warhol, going so far as to tribute his work on his Decoded book cover.
