One of the hottest hit-maker producers running right now is Jahlil Beats, and in an interview with Cosmic Kev, he talks about meeting Jay-Z and signing to Roc Nation, and some of the big projects that will feature his beats including Hov’s next album, French Montana’s and Meek Mill’s Dreamchasers 3

With several labels vying for his services, Jahlil recalls some of the companies trying to sign him, and how he ultimately chose so sign the dotted line for Jay-Z.  “[I] Ended up in a crazy bidding war with a couple of labels like, Interscope...Sony...Hov made that OG call, made an offer I couldn’t refuse,” the producer went on to say, “Hov kept hearing about me, I was going up to Roc Nation and play beats for him....I met with Tay Tay, and Tay Tay was like ‘they wanna sign you, Jay wants you bad...Hov wants you on the team.’”  Talking about Jay's album he simply hinted "we got something crazy...I got some surprises for you."

Then Beats started hinting at albums you can expect to hear him on, which even included Lil Wayne’s I Am Not A Human Being 2, but he did more than hint that he will be behind Meek Mill’s Dreamchasers 3. “Meek gave me my shot, cause a bunch of producers is and Meek been thorough from the beginning,” he adds, “French Montana, I got three on his album...DC 3 coming, so you know...we gotta give them what they want, we got that hot joint coming.”
