A new commentary team will be introduced in the upcoming Madden.

EA Sports is finally updating the commentary team on the upcoming Madden NFL 17 video game for the first time since 2013. So long, Jim Nantz and Phil Simms.

The new duo that will become the voice of your greatest animated accomplishments, and crippling nightmarish losses, will be Brandon Gaudin and Charles Davis. If you're wondering just who those guys are you're not alone.

Gaudin, who has been the voice of Georgia Tech sports, will take over as the play by play guy while Charles Davis, the Fox Sports NFL analyst, handles the color commentary duties.

Furthermore, the duo will be taking part in frequent updates after Madden 17 releases, so the commentary should remain fresh while you're playing throughout the season.

"This means that if a player or team has a monster week, you will hear about it shortly after in the game. Brandon and Charles will be in studio with us throughout the course of the season, recording the latest content to help bridge the gap between what you see on Sunday, and what you hear when you boot up your game."

Madden 17 will officially launch on August 23rd.
