Last year, Drake took to instagram to reveal two limited edition Air Jordan 8s, dubbed the "Calipari" Pack, in honor of Kentucky Wildcats basketball coach John Calipari.
Those sneakers never received a retail release, but Drake offered up the kicks to one of his followers as part of a caption contest. And it looks like whoever won that contest was a size 9.5 because the black colorway just recently surfaced at sneaker consignment shop Flight Club.
The Price? $40,000. Forty Thousand American Dollars.

As for Drake's other Air Jordan 8 collabs - it was announced today that the white "OVO" Air Jordan 8 will be releasing on Friday, February 16th, just as the NBA All Star Weekend kicks off. Those kicks will be limited as well, but nowhere near as exclusive as the "Kentucky Madness" Air Jordan 8s that are carrying a $40k price tag.
