DJ Twin has been gearing up for the release of his Day 1 EP, dropping on February 3rd. Now we get to hear a cut from the record. DJ Twin doesn’t rap, so you know the EP is gonna be filled with features, and “Dirty Money” is no exception.
The DJ links up with fellow Chicago dweller King Louie on the hazed out, trappy track. King L raps about his appreciation for where “Dirty Money” has gotten him in his life, and the track absolutely exudes a dirty, gritty feeling. It sounds awesome.
It’s great to hear King Louie on a track so recently after being sent to the hospital for being shot seven times.
