Dave East drops off his new single "Set It Off."

Dave East has been on a heavy grind for a minute. While the work he's put in over the years led to signing to Def Jam and the release of Paranoia: A True Story, the rapper didn't slow down one bit after that. He linked up with DJ Holiday for the Karma mixtape a few months later and kicked off 2018 with Paranoia 2. He's released several loose singles on the way and now, he comes through with his new track "Set It Off."

Dave East addresses life right now on his latest track "Set It Off." The song was produced by Buda and Grandz who deliver a hollow, ominous production for East to snap on. Dave continues to prove he's one of the nicest on the mic with "Set It Off."

This song serves as the second single he's dropped in five days. The rapper released his song "Peter Pan" last week. From the looks of it, East got something major planned in 2018.
