Not to mention, HHNH's very own "Artists To Watch In 2019" rubric places him smack-in-the-middle of a general conversation over hip-hop relevancy. But make no mistake about it, Conway is a grizzled veteran with stripes on his record. The "Overdose" music video is but a peep-hole into the stark reality he's put in conservation for the better part of a decade.
The "Overdose" video is evocative yet straightforward in its conception, with Conway oscillating between a few settings to convey the same message of old: the desperation implied in his mannerisms. When everything is said and done, "Overdose" will stand to anything in his videography, in regards to its crude emotional gravitas. It's damn near 2020 in this trapezoid, so act like you know.
