Listen to "Grass Ain't Greener," the first single off Chris Brown's upcoming album "Heartbreak on a Full Moon."

Chris Brown wanted to celebrate his 27th birthday right away last night, as he decided to drop his new single, "Grass Ain't Greener," right at midnight. The track was initially released as an Apple Music exclusive, but now Brown has made "Grass Ain't Greener" available through his YouTube channel so that he can continue celebrating his born day with all of his fans.

"Grass Ain't Greener" serves as the lead single to Brown's upcoming album, Heartbreak on a Full Moon. With its 808-driven production, the track has more of a hip-hop pulse than much of Royalty. He even begins his final verse by flexing his rapping skills. Still, the song is filled with plenty of passion and romance, even though Brown sounds more wary of the intentions of his female liaisons than ever before.

Quotable Lyrics

Drinking liquor when we celebrating
Calculating all my funds
Tryna get a n*gga take the condom off
Cause she want that tax every month
I know what you want, but you not gon' get it
