On May 2, we'll get to see one of the most anticipated showdowns in recent history, eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao vs. the undefeated Floyd "Money" Mayweather. Boxing has always had a place in hip-hop, and as we approach fight night, we'll hear more rappers pick sides and chime in.
Philly's Cassidy and NYC's Fred Money, who we watched cypher earlier this month, just dropped a new track, "Manny vs. Floyd," to get us amped for the big fight. They go back and forth, trading bars arguing who's gonna win. Cassidy's got his bills on Mayweather and though Fred's got "Money" in his name, he's taking the lil' man from the Phillipines.
Whoever's gonna take the title, Cassidy, Fred, and the rest of us will be tuned in come May 2.
