Redheads finally get some love.

World Emoji Day is here, and to celebrate the unofficial holiday, Apple is teasing their consumers with new Emojis. The ever expanding catalog of Emojis keeps getting bigger, and now Redheads are getting some love. Although less than 2% of the world's population has natural red hair, that still accounts for around 140 million people. Apple is also adding a bald-headed Emoji for both men and women, opening up the hairstyling options for those who elect to have a shaved head.

Hairstyles aren't the only new adjustments hitting Apple Emojis. There will be over 70 new Emojis hitting the iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac later this year in a free software update. New superhero emojis fit the trend of comic book fandom, while new animals make an appearance as well. Want to go out for some lobster with your date? Now you can send him or her a little lobster Emoji to let them know what you're craving for dinner. Parrots, kangaroos, and peacocks are also being added, along with new food options. Multi-colored mangoes and vanilla sprinkled cupcakes are just two of the new Emoji food options that are joining the catalog. Check out all of the new Emojis via Apple here
