Ingles elevates Utah in Game 2.

It was the Joe Ingles Show last night in Houston. The 30-year old Australian posted a career-high 27 points, which included a career-best seven three-pointers, to lead the Utah Jazz to a 116-108 Game 2 victory against the Rockets.

The Jazz led by as many as 19 points in the first half and although the Rockets regained the lead during a third quarter surge, they simply couldn't go shot-for-shot with Ingles and co. Utah connected on 15-of-32 three-pointers last night while the Rockets struggled from behind the arc, hitting just 10-of-27.

Rookie sensation Donovan Mitchell also came up big in the Game 2 victory, scoring 17 points and 11 assists, marking the first time this postseason where he scored less than 20 points and didn't lead the team in scoring.

"Last game, we came out completely opposite. Tonight, they kind of caught us off-guard," Houston's James Harden said, per ESPN. "We adjusted to it in that second quarter, but we can't get down 19 no matter who we're playing."

The series now shifts to Salt Lake City for Games 3 & 4. Game 3 is scheduled for tomorrow night at 10:30pm ET.
