Listen to Lou Val's new release "Use Me" featuring Johnny Yukon.

We first introduced you to buzzing Toronto singer/artist Lou Val way back in May of 2016 with the song “Dismissive,” before later highlighting his “Woman And Weather” record. Since then however, Lou has been relatively quiet, sharing only his “Mi Amor” record this past July & another song called “Interchanges,” which debuted on OVO Sound Radio, but thankfully that drought ends here today. Returning from his musical hiatus, Lou Val decides to return to the scene today and share another song on his Soundcloud page called Use ME” which features Johnny Yukon.

Going in over production from HMLT, Lou Val shows off his smooth vocals & effortless delivery, crooning about falling for a girl who just wanted to “use him” and now he can't get out, just as the title depicts. It’s unclear at the moment on where this will end up, but hopefully there’s more on the way or better yet a project coming in 2018 for that matter. The future looking bright for Lou.

Take a listen to the dreamy new slow jam and let us know what you think! (Song available on iTunes)

Quotable Lyrics:

You got your eyes up on my pockets
You got your hands all on my wallet
Im out here making your deposits
Doing 60 on the milage ya
I see you peeping open options
You only want ‘em when they poppin'
I should’ve listened to 'em oooh, now its too late
