Along with Lucki and Valee, Warhol.ss is one of a few rappers occupying the post-drill Chicago underground. His recent project Where's Warhol? remains one of the most underrated projects of the year, and two months after its release, he's returned with a Famous Dex collab and a new track called "Bag It 3." As the title suggests, it's the third track in a loose series.
The subdued, meditative, but ad-lib-heavy track puts him very much adjacent to Lucki, whose Watch My Back II project was also one of Chicago rap's best this year. The ethereal instrumental comes courtesy of Red Drum and DJ Flip. It precedes the rapper's upcoming album Chest Pains, which is expected to be released in the near future. "Sorry for the wait. Chest Pains soon," he wrote with the release of Where's Warhol? In July, he collected a few f his popular SoundCloud tracks to make the 3200 EP. Listen to the project here.
