The FutureHive's Top 5 Wildest Moments

Forget about the Bey Hive. When it comes to relentless trolling, stage rushing, and general expressions of adoration, there are few as loyal as the Future Hive. They ride or die for Future, defending his very lineage as if it were their own and holding nothing back against arch-nemesis Russell Wilson - even if it's undeserved. It doesn't matter. The Hive lives to serve, and Future unites them like a fluorescent porch-light unites a legion of eager moths, reminding us all in the process that "fan" is indeed short for fanatic.

Sometimes, Future's music is so powerful it can enter into the subconscious of Hive members, where it proceeds to nest and embed itself within the darkest recesses of the mind. This process only takes a few milliseconds to transpire, but before one can react, one may very well be waking up on stage next to Future himself, being manhandled by burly security guards and tossed on one's ass while still trying to comprehend what went down. Some may call it March Madness, but the truth is far more ominous. 

Observe the leg spasms, erratic behavior, and awkward leap. There can only be one explanation.

While Russell Wilson has shown no indication of being anything other than a good dude, like King Joffery from Game of Thrones, the Future Hive is seldom merciful. It's almost as if they feel like baby Future is their own collective offspring, and thus feel compelled to defend the integrity of the child's true parentage. Future, son of Future, often brings out the most frenzied members of the Hive, and if Russell Wilson ever posts anything remotely related to his stepson, you better believe that IG comment section will read like a Maury episode transcript.

Back in January, the Atlanta Falcons were set to play the Seattle Seahawks, and the Atlanta stadium DJ Jay Envy decided to exact some musical vigilantism. Envy pledged his very soul to the Hive member, breaking the bro code and filling his playlist with all Future, all the time. In a since deleted IG post, Envy even proclaimed his intentions to throw Russell off his game, by drowning the stadium with the dulcet tones of Ciara's ex. And while Wilson is clearly a professional, it's safe to say that such a move could easily be, at the very least, mildly irritating.

While the Future Hive has been known to react viscerally and uncontrollably rush the stage, some members lurk in the shadows, studying technology. While some struggle with in crude programs like "Paint", others...are slightly better at "Paint." It's been well documented that the Hive has no love for Russell Wilson, who has essentially filled the role of the antagonist in this particular narrative. And when the Hive has marked you, well, let's just say the memes are never far behind.

But fear not. The Future Hive does not only use their memes for nefarious purposes. Sometimes, they are simply here to spread the good word.

While many traditional hives center around a Queen, the Future Hive is patriarchal in nature. But fear not, Future is a generous king. While it has been well established that he's rich as hell, Future has also been known to give back to the Hive. In the clip below, Future is seen handing out money to his legions of supporters, who buzz around the rapper, basking in his glorious presence. He rewards their loyalty with an undisclosed sum, but a true Hive member wouldn't care if it was a hundred or a single. The mere thought of receiving a gift from Future is priceless in and of itself.
