Though summer proved an eventful month for hip-hop fans, the autumn seems positioned to continue the momentum. Though the year is steadily crawling to an end, 6lack's upcoming East Atlanta Love Letter remains in the mix, slated for a September 14th release date. Now, one day after laying down a smooth freestyle on Sway In The Morning, 6lack has shed some light on the project's artistic direction, sharing the album cover on Twitter and IG.

The image, which pictures two of 6lack's biggest passions in one fell swoop, finds the singer balancing the art of daddyhood with the art of murdering microphones. From the look of it, the young man has fallen upon hard times, with empty pantries and naught but bananas and Aunt Jemima for sustenance. Hopefully his latest album will help stock his fridge with delicious nutritious delights.

One thing is for sure. 6lack is about to drop an excellent project. Peep the lead single "Nonchalant" right here.
