In a video reposted to her Instagram Story on Monday (April 10), the City Girl and her trainer showed off a few of the moves she uses to stay in shape. One of them is squat jumping jacks, which Caresha looked less than pleased to be completing while being recorded. After completing her set, she turned around to check the time remaining on the clock behind her. "There's still a minute left," a voice behind the camera tells her, "and you only did ten drop squats." As any fitness mogul would, he urges Miami to push through and exercise until the timer runs out.

When sharing the funny clip on her own Story, the "Twerkulator" hitmaker urged her trainer to "post [her] real workout videos" so Instagram can see just how serious she's being about Hot Girl Summer this year. Just a few days ago, the mother of two gave us a preview of what's to come as the weather continues to warm up, capturing a clip of her posing in a stunning gold bathing suit on her IG feed. "I'm telling y'all RIGHT NOW! 😮💨😮💨 whew," Caresha wrote in the caption, obviously gassing herself up.
While she only gives us a view of the bikini's look from the front, it's evident based on her curvaceous figure that the back looks "real bad" too, as Yung Miami would say.
