Today, we het to hear a new collaboration between MiMi and Jussie Smollett, who plays Jamal, the sensitive, singer-songwriter type of the Lyon clan. As they tend to, things get pretty sentimental and melodramatic on the record, but Mariah brings a star quality that takes it into the higher ranks of Empire songs. Plus, Smollett's auto-tuned bridge is surprisingly effective.
