More heat from IshDARR, one of the many budding emcees out of Milwaukee. He switches things up for “Bandits,” going for an upbeat party jam, no doubt inspired by the summer. Funky bass and Brazilian-inspired drums make this one prime for dancing, and the judiciously-used shimmering keys only add to the warm sound. Krs. produced the instrumental. The “Bandits” referenced in the title are not thieves, but “party bandits.”
We haven’t heard much from IshDARR since “Alpha” released in the winter. We’re glad to see him emerge from hibernation. He has a currently unnamed project on the way, so stay tuned.
