Pell

Pell made a small splash in 2014 with his free album <a href="http://www.hotnewhiphop.com/pell-floating-while-dreaming-new-mixtape.112628.html?ls=floating%20while%20dreaming" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Floating While Dreaming</a>, only his second release, but a strong one at that. The New Orleans spitter has a thing for musicality in production, as you can tell from his latest release &#8220;Phantoms In Space&#8221; (which samples Tame Impala and is produced by Staccs). The rapper is picking up steam in 2015 and has announced a new tour along with this free song.
