Producer Kaytranada, a Montreal native, is making moves. The remix artist recently took a trip to NYC, and while there he was invited to the Red Bull Studios where he happened to have a recording session with none other than the infamous Mobb Deep.
The result was "My Block", a typically gritty Mobb Deep record, which also offers up a different side from Kaytranada, whom we've listened to in recent times with his more laid-back stuff such as the "Kaleidoscope Love (Remix)." We'll definitely be looking out for more hip-hop production from Kaytranada in the future.
