Fans will have to wait another year to see what Kanye and Robert Wilson have been working on.

Kanye West was supposed to debut a new installation with experimental theater stage director Robert Wilson today, but unfortunately, it will have to wait next year. The collaboration, which was to be shown at Wilson's annual Watermill Center event in Southampton, New York, will now only make it's debut at next year's get-together.

A Publicist for the event tells the Observer, “Robert Wilson and Kanye West have made an artistic decision to postpone their collaboration in order to continue developing a performance work."

There are still no details on what the two artists have been working on, but it seems it must be elaborate enough to require another year of fine-tuning. The event is set to take place tonight (Satuday, July 30th), and the tickets (which range from very expensive to EXTREMELY expensive) are available here.
