After implying that Ab-Soul and SZA's albums are still incomplete, TDE CEO Anthony "Top Dawg" Tiffith revealed that the label's newest artist, Lance Skiiiwalker, will release his debut album Introverted Intuition on October 18th. Monday afternoon, Skiiiwalker dropped the music video for a new song called "Lover's Lane."
"Lover's Lane" is Skiiiwalker's most exciting release to date. Producer B.New juxtaposes hazy synth pads against a sharp string vamp. Skiiiwalker croons into the void, "I'mma keep loving you darling." The video finds him wearing Birkenstocks and getting repeatedly curved by women in different aways. Such is the life of Mr. Unrequited.
