The way Jenkins and his homies seem to deal with the chaos surrounding them is by rolling up, chilling and enjoying some snacks. But even when they're minding their business, harming nobody, they get ran up on by a pistol-toting dude in a Prius. With one of Jenkins' friends caught in the fire, he's powerless to do anything but watch as his friends take revenge on the gunman.
