Young Roddy

Ever since Jet Life affiliate <a href="/profile/young-roddy" class="text-word" target="_blank" >Young Roddy</a> dropped his Route The Ruler tape back in April, he&#8217;s been periodically releasing videos for songs from the project. Following the <a href="/profile/CurrenSy" class="text-word" target="_blank" >Curren$y</a>-aided &#8220;<a href="http://www.hotnewhiphop.com/young-roddy-feat-currensy-while-the-gettin-good-video-new-video.28429.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">While The Gettin Good</a>&#8221; clip that was released in May, the high pitched rapper shares the video for mixtape cut &#8220;Break Bread.&#8221;
A black and white clip showing Roddy walking and driving around his native New Orleans, the video matches the song&#8217;s somewhat dark tone. The instrumental (courtesy of MonstaBeatz) is phenomenal, combines heavy strings with eerie little synth lines that tingle the spine.
