Stephen A. Smith, who has wrongly predicted the last six NBA Finals, announced that he's going with the Golden State Warriors to win the rubber match against the Cleveland Cavs. If his prophetic history is any indication of what will happen in this series, you should bet the rent on LeBron and co. as soon as possible.
At least he's aware of how wrong he has been over the years. He prefaced his NBA Finals prediction by saying,
"For the public out there, don't listen to me. OK, I've been wrong like the last six damn years. I get emotional during the NBA Finals."
Both Stephen A. and his co-host Max Kellerman predict the Warriors will win, though Stephen A. is picking them in seven games while Kellerman has GSW winning in six.
It'll all get underway tomorrow night at Oracle Arena at 9pm EST on ABC.
