Draymond Green avoids suspension

It felt like the longest day of the year for Draymond Green, the Golden State Warriors and their fans, but they can breathe a sigh of relief now that the NBA has officially announced that he will not be suspended for karate kicking Steven Adams in the groin.

While Green will be eligible for Game 4, the league did fine him $25,000 (AKA pocket change) and upgraded the foul from a flagrant 1 to a flagrant 2. Upgrading the foul to a flagrant 2 is still significant because if Draymond picks up another flagrant foul during this series, or next, he'll have to serve an automatic one game suspension.

Game 4 is tomorrow night at 9pm EST in Oklahoma City.
