After promising new music yesterday, Rick Ross comes through with new single "Foreclosures" and announces that he's dropping an album on Thursday, September 3.
Called Black Dollar, the album will be Rozay's first since last year's Hood Billionaire. His lawyer mentioned that he was prepping the album back in July, during the height of his legal troubles. The album's scheduled Thursday release, going against the new industry standard of Friday releases, and the lack of an iTunes preorder option suggest that Black Dollar may be a freebie.
