Action Bronson, rapper and host of Fuck, That’s Delicious, is down 65 pounds from his previous weight of 363 pounds, a size that had him on a “path that leads straight to the graveyard," he says.

Bronson spoke about his weight loss and workout regimen in a new Instagram post with video of himself exercising: "I was on a path that leads straight to the graveyard," he says in the caption. "Eating for sport took its toll but it’s my fault and it’s on me to fix me. I owe it to myself and my family. I reached 363 pounds and I was shocked and scared. I busted my ass for the past 3 months, and I’m down to 298. Then a good friend got me to the right spot now I’m training hard. This is week one.”

As Bronson says, he's been on the weight loss grind for 3 months. At the 50 pound mark, he spoke with TMZ: "Me, myself, I lost 50 pounds just now. I mean, I’m still fat, which shows you I still need to lose another 60," he joked. "I mean, I’ve been working out crazy, I’ve been eating really good, I’ve been juicing."

Podcaster and fitness fanatic Joe Rogan commented on the video saying, “That’s beautiful! Keep going my brother!!!”
