2 Chainz is moving on up. The CEO Millionaire has just copped himself a lush pad in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills, previously owned by rock guitarist Steve Vai (you may not know who he is, but he is one of the greatest guitarists of all time).
TMZ reports that Tity Boi doled out a cool $2.45 million for his new 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. The crib has a home studio as well, dubbed the "Mothership Studio," rock legends like Ozzy Osbourne and Van Halen previously recorded there.
