It is no secret that Beyonce gave birth to a set of beautiful twins, Rumi and Sir Carter. Yet, she appeared at her Coachella slot looking like she never had any babies in the first place. The mother of now three was snatched to the gods. Her first appearance in a Cleopatra-like accoutrement revealed curvaceous curves and thick and toned legs, leaving everyone in the audience shaking with admiration and envy. Well, Beyonce let everybody know the dramatic weight loss did come at a cost. In her documentary, the former Destiny's Childs lead details her experience with the highly restrictive no sugar, carb or dairy vegan diet she took on. The singer states "In order for me to meet my goals, I’m limiting myself to no bread, no carbs, no sugar, no dairy, no meat, no fish, no alcohol… I’m hungry." We don't doubt that for any second, Bey! And as such, Queen B. swore to never push herself to such great lengths again.

The singer reports she began experiencing frightening muscle spasms during her demanding Coachella rehearsals. Surely, we can understand why Beyonce would overwork herself as the first black woman to ever headline Coachella. However, she now admits she can no longer afford to place her health on the back burner and emphasizes on accepting her mommy body as is: "It’s not like before when I could rehearse 15 hours straight. I have children. I have a husband. I have to take care of my body." As such, we can only respect Beyonce's decision to focus on keeping healthy, especially for the babies.
