Oladipo went down hard last night.

It was a triumphant night for the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday. They defeated one of the top teams in the Eastern Conference, the Toronto Raptors, by a score of 110-106. Despite the win though, the Pacers may be without one of their best players for the rest of the season. During the second quarter, all-star guard Victor Oladpio went for the ball, but landed hard and immediately felt and saw some discomfort in his knee. He was then taken off on a stretcher. Now Oladipo will undergo an MRI on Thursday, but early reports say he might be done for the season, according to ESPN

"It is a serious injury, and we'll know more after the MRI," Pacers head coach Nate McMillan said. "We're not going to speculate. It's a tough situation. That kid has a beautiful spirit about him. He has always been one to try and to lift us up. We've got to lift him now."

Oladipo commented on the injury saying he knew right away that there was an issue with his knee.

"I just slipped and knew it was serious," Oladipo said to reporters after the game. "We'll see what tomorrow shows and go from there. My teammates stepped up earlier this season and everyone has the utmost confidence going forward."

The Pacers are now third in the Eastern Conference with a record of 32-15.
