Recent reports by The Blast now reveal the legal battle's viciousness have invited the involvement of child protective services. According to acquired court records, the Disney voice actor and his ex-wife are tied to 16 reports related to child protective services within three different states: Utah, Colorado, and California. Law enforcement was also contacted over 10 times while case documents show the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services have paid visits to the dissolved couple's daughters at school in the past few months.

Furthermore, Stephanie asserts to have been harassed by Jim incessantly, but ironically, her ex-husband claims the same. She penned a disturbing letter to the #MeToo Movement officials and her daughters' school, claiming to be a "concerned mother" and a "survivor of rape, and emotional abuse at the hands of Jim Cummings." For the moment, her ex-husband vehemently denies all the claims.
