Only hours removed from hearing his parent send out an official announcement for his debut EP, Zacari is out here promoting the music video for his second-ever single "Midas Touch." Zacari spoke to HypeBeast with regards to the video ostensible inspiration, he says derived from a visit to Paris, France.
"This is the first music video I’ve ever shot and it’s crazy cause it was also my first time overseas,” he wrote to HypeBeast. “Me and Moosa were out there for like 8 days so aside from shooting the video I had a lot of time to explore the city. I fell in love with Paris. I even got to visit the wolf trainers facility called Pierre’s Animal Farm in the countryside of France that was probably one of the craziest experiences of my life."
The Moosa figure that Zacari speaks of so fondly just so happens to a highly-connected individual at TDE, who is saddled with the responsibility of overseeing ScHoolboy's tours, as often as they come. Zacari's relationship with Moosa has been instrumental in seeing him rise through the ranks at TDE. Check out the "Midas Touch" video, painted in the same colors and themes as his freshly uncovered Run Wild Run Free EP, due out on March 15.
