KXNG Crooked has been blessing hip-hop heads over the past few weeks with his weekly freestyle series. Every Friday, he's come through with a new freestyle and he's yet to disappoint. He released the first compilation of freestyles on streaming services earlier this week but that doesn't mean that he was taking a break. Today, he returns with his new freestyle titled, "Bishop."
KXNG Crooked is dishing out bars and proving why he's one of the strongest emcees in the game. On "Bishop," the rapper pays homage to Ice Cube with his Dizz sample from "A Bird In The Hand," a sample that was also used on Kendrick Lamar's "m.A.A.d City." Crooked's latest effort finds him returning back to the hard-hitting, braggadocious raps after dropping his introspective effort, "Pain Away" last week.
Peep his new freestyle below.
Quotable Lyrics
I call it audible, the fans are gonna cheer
But the casual fans just want the album of the year
And the purists want an album with Premier
Meanwhile, I'm in Cali, khaki's saggin' on the pier
