Nick Young, excuse me, NBA champion Nick Young is officially back in the NBA.
The Denver Nuggets have announced that they've signed Young today, and will waive guard Brandon Goodwin.

Last season with the Golden State Warriors, Young averaged 7.3 points and 1.6 rebounds. The 11-year veteran shooting guard has averaged 11.4 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.0 assists while shooting 37.6% from three-point range in 716 career games, which includes stints with the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, Philadelphia 76ers and Washington Wizards.
Young was selected 16th overall by the Wizards in the 2007 NBA Draft, following three years at USC. He will reportedly wear #34 for the Nuggets.

The Nuggets are currently sitting in third place in the Western Conference with a 17-9 record. They've won seven of their last 10 games, including victories over the Toronto Raptors, Portland Trail Blazers and Oklahoma City Thunder. Next up for Denver is a four-game homestand that kicks off tonight vs the Memphis Grizzlies, followed by games against OKC, Toronto and Dallas.
Gary Harris is expected to miss three to four weeks to rehabilitate a right hip injury, according to multiple reports. Harris, 24, is averaging 16.6 points per game so far this season. Malik Beasley has been given more playing time in Harris' absence, but if Denver needs another spark off the bench Swaggy P will surely be ready to fire at will.
