James is settling into Hollywood nicely.

LeBron James joined the Los Angeles Lakers this Summer, and the NBA All-Star is getting accustomed to his life in Hollywood. While I'm sure practicing for the upcoming season is on the top of LeBron's priority list, he's still keeping busy with his production company SpringHill Entertainment. As reported by DeadlineLeBron is teaming up with John Legend to reboot the Morgan Freeman classic Lean On Me.

The reboot will come in tv series form, and will move the setting from New Jersey to Ohio. LeBron and Legend are producing the series for the CW, and Freeman's character will be replaced by a female lead. The original Lean On Me followed a teacher who is tasked with helping students pass a government test which will keep Capitol Hill from taking over the curriculum. The film was loosely based on the story of Joe Louis Clark, a real life inner city high school principal in Paterson, New Jersey. Amarie Baldwin will take the place of Clark in the series, and she begins to work at a public school in Akron, Ohio. Baldwin will face drama inside and outside the classroom, and the show will highlight the issues within the inner city public school systems.
