More rumored details come in about Kanye West's "Yeezus." 'Ye has reportedly brought in Rick Rubin as an executive producer of the LP.

Kanye West is sounding as finicky as ever while working on his upcoming album Yeezus. The album is expected to drop in eight days, and apparently 'Ye has everyone over at Def Jam going crazy because of it.

The New York Post writes today that Kanye has brought in Rick Rubin, the co-founder of Def Jam, to executive produce his album at the very last minute. Sources say that one of the songs Yeezy performed at the Governors Ball, "On Site," is in a precarious situation because of an old vocal sample featured in it. The sample is from kids in a Chicago church choir, and apparently lawyers had to track down the choir director of Holy Name of Mary Church choir on the South Side of Chicago to clear the sample.

Def Jam was so worried they might not lock down an agreement with the choir in time, that producers re-recorded the track with a different kids' choir for the sample, in case.

It'll be interesting to see which one of these many rumors comes to fruition on Yeezus. Cop the LP on the 18th of June.
