Justin Bieber's security claims they have footage proving that Tyler, The Creator was responsible for the reckless driving that took place in Justin's Ferrari.

Last weekend, Justin Bieber got in some trouble for allegedly speeding recklessly through a gated community in Calabasas. The singer was chased down by former NFL superstar Keyshawn Johnson, after he saw Bieber tearing down the street in his Ferrari.

Fearing that Biebz was putting people in danger, Johnson blocked Justin in his driveway with his Prius (!!!) to confront him before the singer ducked into his house and refused to come out.

A new development has arisen in the controversy, which claims that Tyler, The Creator was actually the man behind the wheel at the time the reckless driving occurred. Bieber's security claim to have footage to support that Tyler is responsible for the wrongdoing.

The claims seem a little suspect, considering that three witnesses claim to have seen Justin driving the car, as well as the pop star's suggestion that he took the wheel only to pull his car into the garage.

Then again, this wouldn't be the first time a rapper took Bieber's whip for a dangerous spin.

So far, the video has not been turned over to police.

[UPDATE: Tyler confesses to being behind the wheel of Bieber's car.]

With the rumor mill running amuck as to who exactly was behind the wheel of Justin Bieber's Ferrari, Tyler, The Creator, whom Justin previously said was responsible, has now owned up to the reckless driving.

Tyler sent out a tweet confessing to being behind the wheel. The OF rapper tweeted, "That Was Me Behind The Wheel Of Justins Vehicle. Don't Blame Him. People Are Actually Evil Swearing Up And Down That It Was Who It Wasnt."

Although three witnesses claimed to have seen Justin driving, they seem to be wrong. In addition to Tyler's confession, TMZ reports that video footage of the driving proves it's Tyler at the wheel, which was provided by Bieber's security to the cops.

All this, but Keyshawn Johnson still seems to believe it was Justin who was speeding. "Look man, I know the difference between a black kid driving a car and a white kid driving a car," Johnson told ABC.

We'll have to see if Tyler's confession and the video footage get Bieber out of hot water. If it was the pop sensation, he could be hit with a misdemeanor reckless driving charge.
