On night 2 of the Rolling Loud festival, attendees had to decide whether to finish their Saturday nights with either Kendrick Lamar or Young Thug. Yes, it would have been difficult to pass up on seeing King Kendrick. But even those who were lucky enough to catch K-Dot's spectacular set have to admit that they missed an exciting performance from Thugger.
He may not be on Kendrick's level, but going over the footage from Thug's show last night is a reminder of just how many hits that the 25-year-old Jeffery artist already has to his name. And his career is just getting started.
The highlight of the show was Thug's rendition of the Rich Gang anthem that made him a star. He begins "Lifestyle" -- forever a classic -- in sync with a dazzling fireworks display above the Miami waterfront. Now that's what Rolling Loud is all about.
Thugger's set also consisted of tracks like Jeffery's "Floyd Mayweather," Slime Season 3's "Digits," and the Barter 6's "With That." Check out a round-up of fan-shot footage below, via XXL.
