There's been a lot going on with Wale in recent times. He's already dropped off several EP's since the beginning of the year and it feels like he has more in store. In mid-February, it was revealed that the rapper cut ties with his label, Atlantic Records but it seems like he had something in the works already. In May, he revealed that he signed a joint venture with Warner Bros. and MMG. Prior to the reveal, he released his latest EP, Self Promotion which included the song "Negotiations." Now, he delivers the visuals for the track.
Wale comes through with his new video for "Negotiations." The video finds Wale sitting down with label executives as they try to get Folarin to pen a deal with them. Meanwhile, Wale's seen both in the boxing gym and on a football field training heavily. By the end of the video, Wale takes the recording contract and burns it before lighting his joint with the paper.
Aside from his latest video, Wale and Eric Bellinger recently announced that they'd be dropping a joint project together during a tour date on Bellinger's "The Eazy Call" tour. They've yet to share a release date but hopefully, we'll get that soon.
