An audio recording obtained by TMZ shows Cle "Bone" Sloan, otherwise known as the guy who Suge Knight non-fatally ran over with his truck in a Los Angeles parking lot, telling Los Angeles Police Department officers that he blames himself for the death of Terry Carter.
“I was in a rage,” Sloan said in the tape. "I fucked up. I get that 'cause a guy is dead behind this shit."
Footage of the January 30 incident shows the gang member turned actor attacking Suge through his driver-side window as he pulls into the Tam's Burger parking lot. Suge proceeded to run over Sloan and Carter, seriously injuring Sloan and killing Carter.
Sloan has said that he would not testify against Suge because he "doesn't want to be used to send this man to prison."
On Thursday it was announced that Knight will stand trial for murder. His bail was lowered from $25 million to $10 million.
