Luther "Uncle Luke" Campbell, formerly of the 2 Live Crew, used Instagram to vent his displeasure at some praise heaped upon another big-name Miami resident, DJ Khaled.

As part of a response to claims by reality TV star Peter Thomas, who said he "runs Miami," Uncle Luke decided to clear up who's on top in South Beach, and part of that explanation veered to the "I'm The One" hitmaker. Luke called DJ Khaled a "settler", which is not incorrect since DJ Khaled is originally from New Orleans, and claims he helped Khaled to the mainstream by featuring him on his mixshow, which formerly aired on 99 Jamz in Miami.

Luke summed it up by saying that DJ Khaled "don't run s*** down here neither, he just screams Miami out." Whether you call it sound reasoning or some unfounded jealousy, it's safe to say there have been some shots fired in the Sunshine State.
