Tony Yayo responded to 50 Cent's recent digs at him today on Twitter, before quickly deleting the tweet.

50 Cent has been doing the interview circuit later, and he's taken no prisoners when addressing his former G-Unit collaborators. While he's made a few comments about the rapper's that once occupied his circle, including calling them Troy Ave's hype men, one comment stood out in particular.

When speaking about Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo, Fif offered a colorful comparison, saying "Some people, they’re like milk. They have an expiration date and no matter what you do, they’ll spoil after a while."

He then continued to rip into Yayo, saying "I’ve done a lot for him to the point that being personable with people they’ll feel like that homeboy code, guy code type of energy. They’ll be like, ‘You know what? You got it so you should give it to me,’ versus what makes sense. If you don’t sustain your value in the marketplace, I got to pay you the market rate.”

Yayo decided to break his silence on the matter today via Twitter, writing "As much bullets I took for G-Unit. My mom's crib shot up almost killed my sis and my niece. Now I'm compared to milk. I make that brand."

The tweet was deleted shortly after posting. View a screencap in the gallery above.
