After filing a claim for his missing $1.8 million watch over two year ago, Timbaland is suing his insurance company for not honoring the claim.

In 2010, Timbaland lost one of his prized possessions, a Jacob & Co watch worth a reported $1.8 million.  He filed a report on the missing time piece and issued his claim to American Home Assurance Company insurance company, but they are still yet to pay for his claim.  Now the producer is suing his insurance company.

TMZ reports that Timbo had paid over $50,000 to take out the insurance policy which included his watch which was a 18K white gold piece covered in 30 carats of diamond, and after it went missing AHA has denied his claim, even though he filed a report with the police and testified under oath.

In the suit, Timbaland claims that his two year old daughter was the one who “picked [the watch] up and played with it until she became bored and discarded it somewhere,” and claims it is still yet to be found.
